Win Sheffield is a career coach www.WinSheffield.com in private practice in New York. He offers strategic insight and guidance to support his clients to establish new careers, in working for themselves or simply to pursue their current work. He also coaches clients in delivering their message. After twenty years at Citibank, J.P. Morgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers in strategy development and management consulting, Win shifted his focus from corporate initiatives to supporting professionals in advancement and satisfaction in their careers. He has an M.B.A. from Boston University, an undergraduate degree from Kenyon College, and is certified as a career coach through the Five O'Clock Club. He has studied counseling at General Seminary and Myers-Briggs at the Jung Institute. Win has run workshops at the New York Public Library, and for the Princeton, Wharton and Penn Clubs as well as for industry groups such as NYSSA, P&G alumni and others. Win is active in coaching and career groups and in Toastmasters and serves on a number of not-for-profit boards.
